Hey guys,

Just won bencops WSM on eBay and picking it up at the weekend. Just thought I'd pop by to introduce myself as I'll probably be on here a bit trying to learn how to produce some delicious smoker meat! Never smoked before so complete novice level at the minute, so any tips you can throw my way I'd appreciate it.

Cheers,
Ben

Good luck with it. Good buy. How much you get it for in the end?

Yeah I started bidding then found this forum and saw a couple of other people were interested. Won it for 270 in the end so a pretty good saving from brand new. Just got to go and collect it now then see how we go! Might be a silly question but haven't seen the 57 in the flesh so just wondering will it for in a focus boot or will I need the seats down?

Cheers,
Ben

It comes in 3 bits so it should fit in the boot and/or back seats without folding them down... probably :)

Not too bad then. We like saving! Yeah, all the units come in sections I think.

Cool, I was hopeful when I saw it comes in 3 pieces. Yeah always love a bargain, was looking at the 47cm WSM but then saw this one eBay and thought I'd have a bid.
Hopefully I can learn the basics in the back end of summer then have an experiment through winter/ spring ready for delicious summer time eating!

Nothing wrong with smoking your Xmas turkey either... I did ours that way last year and it was a bit special.
