Hi from the Cold North of Scotland

Postby Thunderbird30 » 08 Dec 2014, 11:59

Hi all,
found this site a few months ago and have only just got round to posting my hello message

My first introduction to cooking outside was when i was first introduced to a Hibatchi grill back in the 1970's.The only food that exsisted then was black on the outside and mostly raw in the middle. We've all come a long way since then thankfully!

Since then I've had the pleasure (and pain) of owning and being allowed to use many types and makes of Ques and smokers but this Christmas sees me become the owner of a Weber Q2200. A product that I swore on pain of death would never be a proper bbq and would never darken my door. How things change!
