Hello from the States.

I am a member at The BBQ Brethren and it was suggested that I check you guy out. I am currently running a BBQ restaurant in Madrid, Iowa called Saddles BBQ Bistro (SaddlesBBQ.com). We have been open about 2.5 years. I have been smoking for over 15 years, but this is the my first professional gig.

Here is a list of the equipment I own:

Weber Kettle w/rotisserie ring
Big A$$ Rotisserie made in Italy
Weber OTS
New Braunf0els offset smoker
