Hi I'm Phil from Ashington in Northumberland. I've been grilling and smoking for about ten years now and have collected various grills & smokers the newest the wife got me for my birthday last week XL BGE. I only ever use charcoal & wood for my grills and I prefer low & slow to grilling, too lazy for all that flipping etc.
Any way I look forward to hear from you all.

Bit late but hello from Sunderland. Been building a couple of UDS's to get me going and going to the American Royal in Kansas City in October with my son, this q'n has got me busy again!!!
