Hello all,
I'm fairly new to this BBQ fun and have been lurking for a short while. Thanks to the good advice from the posts of other members here I've had smoking wood from Paul and Heatbeads from SaySausages.
I'm still experimenting with low and slow on the OTP and thought it was about time to actually ask some questions rather than constantly make the same mistakes.
