New in Norfolk

Hello all, John here. I have been BBQ'ing for a while now using direct heat, I took my plunge into offset smoking last year but due to work and family life not really had a play yet. Huge fan of good BBQ food and anything hot and spicy, combine the two and it's heaven for me.
When not BBQ'ing I can be found spending time with my wife and kids, working up the top of wind turbines, doing photography or fishing.
Mancunian born but now living in the lovely county of Norfolk, hope to learn a few things whilst here and maybe pass on the little I know.
