Hey hope all is well I'm new to this so I may ask some stupid questions but bare with me!:) I've had a weber smokey mountain for my birthday so am eager to get it fired up and want to get it right I want meats like you see on man v food and diners drive ins n dives when they go into massive American smoking eaterys. Any tips for a virgin smoker?
