Hello from Feltham

Hi,
Just thought i'd drop by to say hello.

I getting on in years and my only real BBQing experiences are to burn the sausages and burgers to a cinder while given everyone food poisoning with blackened and raw chicken while holding a bottle of beer. Oh isn't the great outdoor cooking fun.
I live in Feltham which is near Heathrow Airport. It is the type of place if you don't know it of course that brings sorry to my heart every-time I leave work and realise It is still there. (Reminder to self.. Must move)

But enough of my ramblings.. I just bought myself (well my wife bought me) a Weber GBS charcoal BBQ. I have been reading reading lots and have discovered that you can move sausages off to one side and prevent them from burning.

The accessories that abound are amazing. If I'm ever kicked out of my house I can still eat like a king as long as I have my Barbie with me. Roasts are easy (so i'm told)

Well I no doubt will want to pick your brains and pick up lots of tips.
:) :)
Tony
