Hi folks,
Recently bought a ProQ Frontier bullet. Like many British, I've bbqed over coals on a cheap kettle on and off over the years.
Having recently moved I decided to invest in a better bbq and discovered smoking & low & slow.
So my journey begins and hopefully this forum may offer expert guidance to a noob.

Hi there and welcome to the forum, there's always room for another Brummie. What's your poison and passion?

Thanks for the welcome.
My poison is good beer, I guess I'm a bit of a beer snob and have been known to pay double figures for a 330ml bottle.
My passion would have to be music, I'm an avid gig and festival goer.

Wow I didn't realise beer could get that expensive.
Welcome to the forum and happy smoking!

Some beers go for silly money. This is an extreme example
