Hi all, just thought Id introduce myself.
I am the Camboselecta! I worked as a chef for about 10 years, all over the world, in numerous types of restaurants. So if anyone has any questions about food in general Im happy to help. Or any questions about having a low paid, stressful job I can help with that too. Ill be asking questions about smokers as I have no clue at all.
