I've finally got round to joining the forums and I hope to be a valued contributor.
Firstly I do have to declare a vested interest in that I have a BBQ business. I cook on barbecues, I make barbecues / smokers and I make pulled meats. That said I want to try and contribute and help others enjoy BBQ without promoting my own business so slap my wrists if I do
I love kamado cooking, wood fired offset smokers for ribs and pulled pork when it's party time and I hate gas grills with a passion.
Nuff said, I hope I can make some friends out there!
