hi folks

thanks for letting me join, love the bbq but have limited experience in that dept ,but i have a vast experience of cremation ie turning perfectly good food into the black inedible offerings still raw in the middle so its on here to learn for next year, will be asking all sorts of sensible questions (to me that is) and will be looking for a cure for the advanced burning i mean bbq skills i have perfected

regards to all the mad jock

Hope you didn't get too wet. Don't know who is more mad - I spent the weekend in Blackburn trying to sell pulled pork. Well you live and you learn...

Welcome.

It wouldn't be British if you couldn't do it in the rain.
