Hello from Bucks

Hello all, I'm a Butcher by profession and a keen out door cook by interest. Done lots of cooking over fires, coals, grills, cast iron etc over the years but not much smoking.
Yesterday I rediscovered an old Cookshack electric element smoker I acquired years ago from a Butcher who bought it on a whim and never got to grips with it.
I really need to get it out and running again. Also want to try various other ideas.

Looking forward to gathering and sharing ideas and suggestions. Hopefully signing up here will also help me not set this aside again. :)

A butcher eh! There's quite often "meat cut" questions on here you might be good at. :)
