Greetings from sunny Telford.!

Hello to all BBQ fans,
Just a few lines to quickly introduce myself to the group.
My name's Dominic Black, please call me Dom, I've been a bbq'er for quite a time and I truly thought I knew all there was to know about how to BBQ.! How wrong was I to think that.?
My weapon of choice at the time was a "Barbeskew" gas bbq, which looking back just heated the food, flared up, flipped the food and cooked nice chicken kebabs.
I'm currently using a Weber 57cm kettle, weber Go-Anywhere which are superb, once the wind and the rain have settled down, something a little more substantial than a 2m x 2m pop up gazebo is definitely on the agenda.!
The Facebook page has took my learning to a whole new level, not only has it taught me new techniques, it's also given me wonderful new flavours, shown me different cuts of meat and taught me a whole new approach to cooking.
The advice from members is priceless, free and very forthcoming. My next purchase is a ceramic grill, so that will bring a whole new set of challenges.
Thank you all for your time.
Happy grilling.!
Regards Dom
