Hello from East Lothian

Greetings from chilly East Lothian,
Been BBQing for a couple of years and have referenced the forum for smoking and sausage making but never joined for some reason
I recently got a Green Mountain Daniel Boone which is great for during the winter, and a ProQ. Also a gas Swiss Grill which is getting used less and less.
