Posted: 29 May 2016, 10:47Just thought I'd pop my head round the corner and say Hi. We've ordered a ProQ ranger elite for camping trips so as a complete novice I will be doing more reading than posting!
Thanks for all the useful information that's here though, it's given me lots to think about, we're super excited to hopefully do our first smoke next weekend. Probably a hot smoked salmon as I'm a big seafood fan, or perhaps some pork if I feel brave
We've got the cold smoking kit too as the shop had a special offer on so it only cost a tenner more, but I think that looks quite complicated for a first timer
