This is amazing, finally Maidstone get a different sort of takeaway.

And the ribs are pretty darn good.

I'll be very surprised if this place even has a smoker. When reading the menu I didn't see any brisket, Pulled pork, ABT's or even a mere amadillo egg.
Looks like a lot of people are getting on the bandwagon, in opening up these joints. The people that buy this stuff aren't getting the real thing.
Example: Drove past a place with a massive BBQ sign above the door in New Cross, South London. Went in and it was a kebab takeaway.

haha superb. Was the kebab nice thou Eddie?

Yeah, they are running out of a shep's pub, so it's nice to go in have a pint while you what for a takeaway, or i do believe that you can eat in, but i haven't tried that yet.

Seems odd for a BBQ joint not to promote how the ribs are cooked. :?
