Sorry just tried it on laptop pc with no problems, can't assist unless you want to go to the ETI website direct

Just tried it on my phone and it was fine also.

links are dead on my pc and my phone i was using wifi on my phone so i turned wifi off
and used normal phone data connection and link works !! may be my routers firewall dont like the site.
