Feeding Edna

Hi All,

Not sure how many there are in my area that use wood, but I thought I would post this. I found a more local would supplier in my area and for £80 I received a cubic metre of Beech, Oak and Chestnut.

A bit longer this year, probably most of the season I would have thought.

Got some H4H events on, so they will take some of it.

I think all of the events are open to the Public, the first one is a Leeds Food Festival, I'm not sure what we are doing for that one yet, we have just pledged Edna and ourselves to the cause at this stage, but I am told Leeds Rhino's will be going Head to Head with members of the public on the Wall of Flame for Rib Shakk, and there will be donations from all sales going to H4H.

The second one is the first weekend in June (I think) at the Cottage Inn in Haxby, York, (The local of my mates son that was Killed in Afghan). We did one before there last year, http://s280.photobucket.com/albums/kk176/webermad/H4H%20LBdr%20Matthew%20Hatton%20-%20Haxby%202011/ this one is likely to be a little smaller in scale as Phil is concerned about other Jubilee celebrations.

Thanks for asking Keith,

Do you use logs as they are or do you take bark off?
