Did my first pork Butt this weekend and to any that read my post realise it literally was the whole weekend to cook the 13lb monster scapula!!..
So now what am i to do with all this spare pulled pork, well here's a few ideas i have so far and welcome any experiences you've had of using up your leftovers.
Monday - stuffed it in pitta bread with bbq sauce & salad..best kebab I've ever had!
Tuesday - We had Pulled pork kung po and rice and very nice it was too, sweetness of the sauce with the bbq flavour went very nicely together...
Wednesday - gonna try it in a chilli con carne...
Thursday stuffed in fajitas and taco's.
