Well I tried out the IQ110, impressed to say the least. Only problem was I kept having to get up and check the Maverick, I have never known it not to alarm.

Set the controls on the IQ for about 260 and the WSM held a nice 245 all day. Certainly will be using it in the future.
With the Pitmaster, Toby sent a couple of samples of his rubs.
Chicken and Pork: Initial taste was fine, not too hot and plenty of sweetness, so used it on the ribs. Very nice, would certainly buy this one, even though we make our own.
Beef: Initial taste I thought it might be a bit hot for the missus. So cut down the amount I put on the brisket. Big mistake, it wasn't as hot as I thought. Only used 80g, would double it next time. (Any excuse to do another cook

Again I would certainly buy this.
Thanks Toby for the Pitmaster and the rubs, an excellent cook, even if I say it myself...
