Hi All,
We are building a new offset smoker at the moment.
Fire box is at the back of the cylinder as per usual. I always use the top of the firebox as a hotplate cooker and it is constructed specifically to do this. My issue starts there...
On this one I really want an upright secondary smoker cabinet/warmer oven (as is often a feature on trailers) but due to my use of the firebox lid it would need to be at the front end of the cylinder.
Has anyone got any experience, knowledge, pics, plans or even just ideas how best to achieve this without affecting the reverse flow/flu draw etc too badly in the main chamber.
Any thoughts would be really appreciated...thanks, John
