That looks like a cracking job. Makes me want to have a go but just know I will never get round to it.

Finally put mine together! After so much hunting managed to get a pot that fits nicely from a homebrew shop in the north. http://www.brewstore.co.uk/32-litre-sta ... 3894-p.asp. Cost me £40 delivered I think. Pot if anything is a tinchy tinchy too small but it sits fine in joe and lid sits on fine. The smokey joe grill grate does not fit inside but after research I found that the weber 47 charcoal grates are about 1/2cm smaller that a joe grill grate and fit like a glove. Trial run yesterday , smoked some wings and realised after drilling the bottom out I am going to cut it out as temp didn't budge above 350f. Held 225-250 for hours though.
