His boks are good, and as a novice to "proper bbqing" I enjoyed the content in general. I must agree about his voice and continual repitition, I mean do you really have to say "Country style pork ribs" 12 or so times in the show? I've never seen Licence to Grill, but Mr Raichlen does seem to aim his advice at those of us starting of, unlike some shows where they are obviously aimed at the more experienced/competition Q'ers. Triple D with Guy Fieri (apparantly pronounced Fieti :? ) is great except that we don't have those kind of places here in the UK :(
