It's the series that followed BBQ U, I watched it on the food channel this time last year hence I'm on this forum. It is very repetitive, not sure if that is to stop litigation or just to drum the message in. There are a raft of SR branded items some useful some rather extravagant but here is the link to his site,

Thanks for the link Keith.

I watched the first 2 episodes last night and have the rest set to record. Great stuff as far as I am concerned but of course I have a LOT less experience than you guys. I can see that for some people it would be very basic.

My main take away from seeing the first two episodes? I need more kit to supplement my gas Ascona. :lol:

Just not sure which type it should be. :roll:

I thought that but the next one is all about ribs and makes up for it, I've come to the conclusion I like watching food, with the volume down the program is fine :lol:

I can confirm that rotisseried baby back ribs mopped with sugary citrus stuff are awesome

Agreed and you can do them with a light smoke and conventional stlye bbq rubs, too many dried herbs in his recipe they are much better with fresh herbs
