After being asked to prepare a high end bbq in dubai this January, I have been pleased as punch with the more recent bookings for the begining of his year. I've just had confirmation of a booking in Malaysia in two weeks time and Marbella in March for a new British company opening day. Keep it coming.......Please. In the name of BBQ - Thank you! - If anyone would like to come and help out, pleae let me know, And I will try and accomodate if we are not covered with the appropriate people.

Just make sure you keep the comp weekends free!!!! You have to defend your title....
