Just seen the trailer for a new to the UK show called Meat & Potatoes, on foodnetwork UK starting 5th March. It gives the impression of being a mixture of MvF, Triple D & Outrageous Food. Hopefully they'll give some information about the foods and not just pig-out on them.

Spotted this the other day, already put the reminder in my calendar and was going to put on here once you can sky+ it but you beat me to it. Looks good though.

Lets hope we get a bit more in the way of information than just the Meat Crazed Host drooling over his breakfast Brisket

I was most perturbed when I wasn't asked to do this show!!!

Hopefully, it'll be better than average and not like that God awful 'Outrageous Food' or 'Monster Munchies' type of affair...

Looking good so far, 10 minutes in and seen the inside of a smoker and talked about curing corned beef, maybe more of a top end deli and grill show but I reckon there will be an amount of hot smoking

Let's hope there is more information forthcoming at the moment it's a cross between Triple D & MvF whereby the host gets to eat some of the best BBQ food in the USA. (Jealous not a bit  )It was interesting with the Canadian Smoked Brisket and the owner having 2,500Lb  of Brisket behing salted (corned) in his walk-in. If you can't fit that much meat in your fridge why not invest in a Binford "6100" kitchen ;)

Saw the second episode, much like the first, but with less information. Is it just me or does the host look like the errant love child of Greg Wallace with the fashion sense of Mr Llewelyn-Bowen, flappy cuffs et-al.
It did briung back a memory of MvF/Triple D at the Stockyard grill when a young lad said it was the best steak as the meat was so fresh from the next-door stocktyards.
