Well, one of the steaks were poorly cooked. I thought the one done by chef looked pretty good - I would have happily eaten it. The contestant's was overcooked, but if it was the first time he had used the kit, that is forgivable, to an extent.

yeah I meant the contestant's steak.

So how about the presentation? Reckon it would go down at Mayhem
I can see people getting moiulds of their logo made and sweating over their seaweed cultures . A beautifully presented dish no doubt, but if it's steak where's the egg n chips
