Thanks Steve, It was actually how I first started with smoke. I had always used gas and got one for camping/festivals a few years back and started cooking hot and fast smoked food then graduated to the Pro Q.

So versatile, they don't call it Kitchen in a box for nothing :lol:

They are really excited to be involved as it is a change of audience for them from the usual caravan and camping shows they attend.

Don't own one myself but I got a buddy of mine introduced to smoking chicken on his Cobb. Like you he's about to graduate but is going down the WSM route. That'll be my influence though :lol:
