Phillip I think it's just a heatproof mat, if so they range from £1 (local pound shops) to £9.99 for a heavy duty one, so the postage would be negligible as they are only grams in weight. I have them for my fan oven base to aid clean up. Supposedly they can be cut to fit pans to aid in the non-stickability.
Having seen a picture of the trivet it looks similar to Lakeland's additional oven shelf, again versions available at vastly cheaper rates from catalogues and pound shops.

Granted it's not a Weber but would do the job. Tala also do a range of grids fro cooling cakes etc in various sizes, maybe one of those could sunstitute for the proper trivet? Or a visit to a charity shop for an old roasting tin and rack might be of value.

Morning, thanks for your answers. I've seen those sheets and I'll probably get them too, but I really find it dissapointing that we have to pay top price for Weber gear but we cant buy the full range over here :(

Sadly it's a US dominated market at the moment and if you want anything it's going to cost :(

That is so true. Talking of American market, you would think Kingsford would be looking to export their charcoal over here too, you can buy their grills ( if you really wanted to that is )

I'm sure most US companies would love to export their goods to the UK BUT with import duties and VAT etc it's going to need a heck of a lot of money up front (I assume) and the UK market to grow before it happens.
