Hope it's a tasty one, I'm planning my 1st ever Turkey on the Weber Kettle using the Jamie (weber guy) apple brine with big time gravy on YouTube.
Can't wait.
This will also be my 1st test with my PitmasterIQ so a lot of things could go wrong lol
Can't wait to see everyone's pics after Xmas

That was my point, I'd checked online and Wiki had stated the last emailing date before Christmas was 24th December.
Although you never can be too careful, many, many years ago my mam just got her Christmas card off on the last posting day for 1st Class to Kenya. A couple of days later we got their card mentioning it was nice to get our card and how early it was.
