Hi All

The wife brought me a book for xmas, rubs, sauces and marinades for dummies.
Had a quick look through it and very happy with it, seems to be some great ideas in it and loads of recipes.

It's a good one, I got Mr Perry Lang's Serious Barbeque.

I'll be interested to know what you think of it as his BBQ 25 book is one I regularly use when looking for inspiration.
