These seem to be a new fad, with Amazon advertising them and everything. The idea being an insulated bag that you can put a pan of hot food in to continue cooking.

Made me wonder if it might be a useful alternative to a cooler for letting your meat sit and finish off.

Must work on the same principal as a Hay Box cooker, a very old method of cooking.

They've been around for quite a while, a lot of people saw them used on Braai Masters.

It does raise an interesting question as to what exactly is the best insulation for holding meat. Don't get me wrong, the results from warmed towels in a warmed cooler are nothing short of amazing - 5 hours later the meat is still scalding hot - but I wonder in a redneck-scientific kind of way what the absolute daddy of meat holding is. Do we already have it nailed?
