Who uses them?
Which ones are you using?
Are you using anything interesting for a rib rack?
I've got a couple of events coming up where i'm going to need to cook quite a few racks of ribs. I've already got a ProQ one which is ok & i've also got a brinkman one which is ok, but before i go out an buy some more i thought i'd see what everyone else was using and if i should be buying something better?
Cheers

I love mine and use the brinkman;
http://www.bbbqs.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3972It is modular, can hold up to up to 6 racks and fits my WSM perfectly. It dismantles and is machine washable.

I use a roasting rack upside down. It looks like this right way up:

I use this one off Amazon - really sturdy, fits the Excel well and a good price.

Chalk up 1 more for aris, I got a large non stick roaster from Aldi a couple of years ago and that is identical to the rack supplied. I also have a smaller one which hold 4 racks (not sure where it came from though.

Here is how it works. Call it a Rib Rack - and it is 30 quid (inc delivery):
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KAMADO-OVEN-A ... 0938001419Call it a v-shaped roasting rack - it is 8.49 inc delivery
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JUDGE-V-SHAPE ... 1145583124To my eyes, both these items look 100% identical (ok, the 8.49 one has a few less slots).
I think I may order another

Ha! Fair one - I think you'll find mine was supplied upside-down 'ready for use' though; definitely worth the extra 20quid...!

Hi Ed
If you are looking for reasonably cheap as you need a fair few. Try Ikea pot lid organiser.
