It's been a while

First post for a long time. Had big plans over the winter to explore the world of cold smoking. Cooked Christmas dinner on the BBQs then out of nowhere completely lost my BBQ mojo
The only things I cooked during the 1st four months of the year were Pizzas. Couple of weeks ago the kids requested a smoked ham and pulled pork. WSM needed a major clean. But getting everything setup again I could feel some of the old enthusiasm returning.
Last minute purchase of some tickets for Grillstock has further fired up the interest levels (notice that there is a Shropshire team - being Shropshire born and bred very interested to meet them, is it anyone on the forum?). Today have ordered some more stocks of charcoal - I can hear the grills calling me. It's been a while but I'm sure it will be all the more fun because of the absence.
