A while back I got some of the tesco individual meaty ribs from their in store butcher dept, I today found out that you can buy full racks of the meaty ribs and the pack I saw today was only £12 and you can have them ordered in. I've had the ribs a few times and they are always decent, definitely worth checking out!

Ive had these quite a few times, in my local they normally have vacuum packed ribs, which are the same that you speak of but at £7-8. Plenty of meat on them too.

Haven't seen them before, but £12 is mighty expensive for a rach of spares. My butcher only charges around £6, and if you can get to a bookers/cost co type place then you can pick up ribs for much less.

The price is all by wheight, the pack I was shown was very large, as a rib cage they were wide and the ribs were very long, you could get them for a lot less, but having eaten this ribs and knowing how much meat is on them I would still recommend them, the pack I had a price on was £11.38 and was 2.3kg, I know places like tesco are never the cheapest but knowing what I'm getting is good consistent quality, I'm happy to pay extra for that

Extra meaty belly ribs were priced at around £16 at Costco last week but huge!

I picked up a pack with 4 racks of ribs from costco for about £12 - they were nice enough.

The ones from Tesco I bought that were vac packed had the belly still attached so they had plenty of meat on them.
