Yeah I have just grown used to overnight cooks on the WSM with huge chucks of beef or pork. I get that the BGE will hold the heat well but I would prefer to pay for a forced air system that maintains the heat through the night than on another Redichek that just wakes me to sort things out (these boyish good looks need their beauty sleep
