Hi all

Got my pro q frontier for Christmas...and I want to use it ASAP. As you all know it's cold and snowy and was wondering if anyone had any tips for smoking a brisket in the snow.

Yh dont worry and smoke on

If you put your beer in the snow it gets cold which can be a good thing or a bad thing. Or a popsicle.

Wrap up warm, judicious use of medicinal alcohol can help here, make sure you are on firm footing when walking to/from your smoker

Don't eat the yellow snow
