Brilliant BBQ book!
Posted: 19 Apr 2015, 15:58Just finished reading Aaron Franklins new book (called "Franklin Barbecue, a meat smoking manifesto'). Great read, probably the best book on barbecue I've got, and I seem to own an awful lot of them!
