Don't know if anyone has seen this or if it is a repeat, but watched this on the sky+ last night after rolling in from work and found it a very interesting prog. Shows you different ways in making home built BBQs and interviews enthusiast. Next one will be on discovery shed at 12:00 today and tomorrow.

Happy watching

Eddie

The series was quite interesting with the presenter mainly building BBQ's with bricks and morter. The size and the different types veried to suit the customers requirements. Most of the BBQ's were grillers, but he did do one pizza oven and two smokers.
Their was a interesting interview with the owner of BUBBA'S PIT BBQ (Kier Helberg) at spitalfileds marker in London where he runs a resterant / cafe. He discribes he huge Smoker, that he built himself as a webber with steroids. At the end of the interview it showed his whole hog that he was serving up for customers.

Next time I'm in london, I know where I'll be eating.

Eddie.

Diners Drives and Drive ins.

Unless they have renamed the show for UK consumption, it is Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. :D

Unfortunately that won't be possible. Bubbas closed its doors in 2009. :(
