I had a couple of hours one on one with Johhny Trigg and I know Steve has had one on one's with Ryan Newstrom of Big T's Q Cru.

I'm hoping to go to Texas to do a course with Jeff Wyatt... but this is more to develop my skills for BBQ Shack Catering than competition cooking
