BBQ Comp Trial run - Help

Postby BBQFanatic » 19 Apr 2011, 21:40

Guys,

Myself and Mr Cops are planning on having a comp practise weekend on the 30th. However we want to practise on the cuts that we will get at the competition. Can anyone point myself and Mr Cops in the right direction of the butcher that does the meat for the comp so that we can order asap for pickup next week. I know it sounds dumb, but I also suspect Toby ensures they give specific cuts, so want to make sure I ask for the right things. And we want more ribs as have some guests coming round the next day so think the ribs will go first.

I think Toby mentioned it was a place in Chertsey but I have no idea. Any help appreciated.

Roberts Butchers are on Windsor Street, Chertsey, give them a call and speak to Ian to order the comp meat, their number is 01932 562749
