I'm a Yank living near Basingstoke, love to BBQ as much as I can but not a competitive BBQ'er.
I've enjoyed BBQ'ing fish (including a whole salmon once!), chicken, steak, burgers, veggies, and all sorts (xmas-Goose, haggis!), used to have a Big Green Egg in the USA before we moved here but my son broke it with a baseball bat (with the lid off it looked like a t-ball stand - this might be something only a Yank would understand?)
