Hi guys and girls, my name is Dan and i'm a meathead, and i feel lucky that i have stumbled on this cracking little forum as most of the BBQ web sites i have come accross are American, anyway i've been into BBQ's for a while but only on the traditional grilling side and i'm really keen on getting into the smoking side of things. Although we are heading out of season there is still a chance to get things going (especially with Halloween aroudn the corner), so any tips and ideas, recipes will be greatfully welcome and will look forward to getting to know you all a little more.
