HI guys

Happy new year to you all, have been busy getting the new busines up and running, lighting of the new smoker train next week keep all your fingers crossed, will be after some advice on the lighting the smoker part of the train as i have never done this before but better get some practise in before march.lol.

Anyone has any tips then let me know.

Just had a quick look at your menu, I love the idea of using Welsh Black Beef :D I still have some in the freezer from an acquaintance in the Brecon area.
Good luck and maybe if you do public events we may meat up( ;) ) on one of trips to Wales
