Just to clarify things I will state that I wholeheartedly agree with Robin that a course is an easier way for somebody to understand H&H. What I am trying to say is that an online certificate is still valid and a lot cheaper and this can always be followed up by asking whatever questions you may have to your local EHO who are legally obliged to provide you with answers free of charge. I have found that the EHO are always eager to help when individuals approach them for advice . As I said, I was not trying to be provocative but merely offering advice based on my own personal experiences which I thought may save someone some money. For those of you who may take offence at any of my posts may I ask that you take note of my online name, joker smoker , and realise that I am most likely just taking the mick...after all. I am born in Liverpool !
