joint this site yesterday after discovering it whilst researching for a new charcoal bbq.
After 12 years of using my beloved giant stainless gas system, I've decided to end the affair and go back to charcoal.
Got my eyes on a Weber One Touch Premium (57cm), thoughts on this and whether there's anything else to consider in this price range?
I've been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in South Africa and have already cooked up lots of recipes from various 'Braai' books. I'm looking forward to cooking on wood and lightly smoking for a more authentic taste.
I plan to post some of the 'more unusual' recipes on here once I'm up and running, along with seeking advice if and when needed.
