Belated birthday greetings old bean. I'm sure the offset guru's will answer your question a lot better than I can, however chicken and ribs are always a good place to start. Keep the smoke content low and build it up gradually. Must have been one heck of a present to wrap :lol:

Well as it's a proper pressie unlike my ProQ (a pressie to me from me) why don't you ASK HER what she would like, two birds with one stone, play with new toy, treat the missus :D

I would just like to know your opinion on this smoker as i have been looking at this one but was just not shore of the quality. Would you say that it was a good size and also is it sturdy enough? By the way though if i got this as a birthday present I would not be complaining. :D
