Cheers i found me a Butcher now :) pmed Adie about a butcher that sells
Boston Butts and Brisket and He told me about owentaylor.co.uk a family butcher
its about 30 min drive from me but as long as its good i dont care,
been having probs finding one in sheffield,
Anyways spoke to them on phone today nice people and picking up
3 boston butts and a small 8lb brisket on saturday. :)
So big ups to All weather Griller for info :)

well sunday is brisket :) not done anything on it yet
just been making a level area on patio as mine slants alittle
just finshed that ceramic set up, Need to get a pop up gazebo
or make some kind of shelter cos weather been issing it down
summers been and Gone me thinks :S
i want to play :( but i dont think i could stand 10hrs holding a Umbrella.

I had the KJ lit & on low & slow for 6 hours in the rain on Monday with no ill effects on either the grill or the food.

You'd be surprised how little rain gets in - so what you waiting for?!!! lol

No Worries, let me know how the cuts are for you.

I'm waiting in for some wood from a new supplier over in Tickhill this morning, I will let you know how that pans out too just in case you need some in future.

Good to have someone local to me that is into this. ;)

got 3 butts and brisket today the butts are big 11lb each so in frezzer for next big gathering
goin to pop a brisket on today puttin on at 10pm hope it goes well over night :?

Worrying my self with over night Cook was hoping my et73 would be here today
But also it Aint could have done with the wirless thermo save me goin out every 10 mins to
c if it aint gone out but guess thats the fun of it aslong as its still goin when i get up should be sweet.

Just make sure you've got enough good lumpwood in the firebox & you get the temperature stable before you hit the sack & you'll be fine. Mines been a constant 220-230F for 10 hours today without even filling up the firebox - got some nice pulled pork to be eating this evening....! Babybacks with some serious meat on them for tomorrow which will be a five hour cook or so.

Make sure you take pictures!!!!
