Stumbled upon your site and it is freekin awsome to see that you guys are as addicted to Q as we are :P I have been in it for nearly 15 yrs and compete regularly and have done my fair share of vending and catering also. We have our own BBQ sauce out which we do well with and I dable in smoker sales and other goodies to help support our addiction. Here are a few pics of our set up. Smoke on!!

That's a pretty cool set-up you've got there I'd love to add a Backwoods Smoker to my line up. Where in New York state are you, I'm fairly familiar with some of the Empire State, I've been to Buffalo, Rochester, Cortland, Hauppauge and Syracuse, and New York City of course, all with my job

Welcome on board. Love the setup!!

I've got some good friends who compete on Fat Boys over your side of the pond. They're freakin' awesome cookers.

When I take the plunge and ship a cooker in it'll be a toss up between a BWS and a Spicewine.

Thanks for making the offer on helping the backwoods happen, it's not so much the logistics that's the issue, just other priorities :( That said though I'd be interested how much it costs this person to import one. Good luck with the comp in Rochester.

Welcome to the forum. Great pics and good to have you on board. I think that might be my team mate Jon that you have talked with.

Well first of all all forum members get the BBQ brotherhood discount as I call it.A Fatboy regularly is $2100 your cost $1875 as for shipping the way it works is you get a shipper on your end he works with me on the cost of the unit and how we need to word what it is to get it through as quickly as possible to you at the lest amount of taxes duties ect. I have not done one to your area yet but did one to the southern tip of Chili it it ran the guy about $3500 but that was for a very large unit and it got held up do to unrest in the country so I thing that affected the price greatly so dont be to scared off. If you want to begin a little research for the future I will help you with it and we could post it for others who have thought about it. Thanks all for the warm welcome guys!!
